Woman dead in quadbike crash

A woman has died in a quadbike accident on a farm near Nelson.

The 58-year-old was feeding stock on a farm in Upper Moutere, in the Tasman District, when she was killed.

Police said the accident happened shortly before 6pm yesterday.

Work Safe is investigating.

Police were now working to inform next of kin before releasing the victim's name.
