Wairarapa police have arrested a young Masterton woman in relation to several random attacks on strangers.
Senior Sergeant Jymahl Glassey said the woman had been arrested at a Masterton address last weekend.
"Officers located the vehicle and then made some inquiries and found the offender," Mr Glassey said.
Police hadbeen seeking the woman in relation to an attack on a 12-year-old girl, who was punched and stomped in the face during an unprovoked attack in Masterton, as well as in regard an unrelated assault on a young woman in Carterton.
Police were also speaking to the arrested woman in relation to a third assault at Henley Lake on March 4.
