A Dunedin District Court judge has refused to grant bail to a young woman charged over an allegedly race-based attack in the city on Easter Monday.
Charlene Amelia Hunt, 22, unemployed, appeared before Judge Stephen O'Driscoll today on a charge of assaulting a man with a weapon on April 9.
