Terms and Conditions:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions;

2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter;

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure;

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, New Zealand residential postal address, and phone number by filling in any of the forms at nzherald.co.nz/boatshow, radiosport.co.nz/win/win-a-fishing-charter-with-sport-fishing-charter-nz/ or newstalkzb.co.nz/competitions/win-a-fishing-charter-with-sport-fishing-charter-nz/ ("Eligible Entrants");

5. The promotion commences at 9:00am Monday, April 20, 2015 and will finish at 5:00pm Sunday, May 3, 2015. ("Promotional Period");

6. The prize draw will be held on Monday May 4, 2015;

7. The winners will be notified by phone or email;

8. There are three (3) prizes, each consisting of; two tickets to the Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show at the ASB Showgrounds on Sunday, May 17 and two spots on board a Sport Fishing Charter on Monday, May 18;

9. One (1) prize will be drawn and given away by The New Zealand Herald, one (1) prize will be drawn and given away by Radio Sport and one (1) prize will be drawn and given away by Newstalk ZB;

10. If the same person is drawn as a winner for more than one (1) prize, a redraw will take place (but that person will remain a winner of one prize);

11. If a winner is unable to be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw taking place, a redraw will be made;

12. Sport Fishing Charter New Zealand will provide the fishing charter on board the Matariki Nui;

13. If, for whatever reason, the boat is unable to be involved in the fishing charter Sport Fishing Charter New Zealand will provide another boat of the same size;

14. The fishing charter will leave from the Viaduct Harbour wharf at 9am and return before 5pm the same day;

15. If the weather is deemed unsuitable for the fishing charter to go ahead, winners will be notified by phone on Sunday, May 17. A rain date of Wednesday, May 20 will be scheduled. If the rain date is also cancelled then the winners will each receive a voucher for the same experience (for two people), to be taken at a time mutually convenient for the winner and Sport Fishing New Zealand, but no later than December 31, 2015 ("Substitute Prize");

16. If, for any reason, a winner is unavailable to participate in the fishing charter on Monday, May 18, or on the rain date of Monday, May 25 should it be required, that portion of the prize will be forfeited (unless both charters are cancelled, in which case the winner will still be entitled to the Substitute Prize);

17. All equipment and meals for the duration of the fishing charter will be provided by Sport Fishing Charter New Zealand;

18. Any cost incurred to travel to and from the Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show or the fishing charter ("Events") or additional at the Events costs not expressly stated to be part of the Prize in these Terms and Conditions, are at the winner's expense;

19. The winner will comply with all safety notices and the instructions of Sport Fishing New Zealand;

20. The winner agrees that any photos taken on board by Sport Fishing New Zealand may be used for future promotional purposes;

21. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into;

22. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash;

23. Each entrant agrees that, if he or she wins a prize, his or her details (including name, suburb/town, and photo) may be published in the Herald (print and/or online) and used for other publicity purposes;

24. All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoters' shared database and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoters' records are conclusive as to time of receipt. Late, misdirected, illegal, incomplete or illegible, are invalid. The Promoters are not responsible for such invalid entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure;

25. The Promoters reserve the right to vary the terms, and to modify, terminate or reschedule the promotion, and to substitute any of the prizes for a similar prize of the same value;

26. Neither Promoter is liable for any loss, damage or injury (including and without limitation any indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law;

27. The New Zealand Herald is published by NZME. Publishing Limited;

28. Radio Sport and Newstalk ZB are broadcast by NZME. Radio Limited; and

29. The Promoters are NZME. Publishing Limited, whose registered office is located at 46 Albert St, Auckland City and NZME. Radio Ltd whose registered office is located at 54 Cook Street, Auckland City.
