1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions;
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter;
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure;
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, New Zealand residential postal address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants");
5. The promotion commences at 5:00pm Thursday, May 28, 2015 and will finish at 5:00pm Wednesday, June 3, 2015. ("Promotional Period");
6. The prize draw will be held on Thursday June 4, 2015;
7. The winners will be notified by phone or email;
8. There are forty (40) prizes, each consisting of two tickets to the Blues vs. Highlanders game at Eden Park on June 14;
9. If a winner is unable to be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw taking place, a redraw will be made;
10. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into;
11. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash;
12. Each entrant agrees that, if he or she wins a prize, his or her details (including name, suburb/town, and photo) may be published in the Herald (print and/or online) and used for other publicity purposes;
13. All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoters' shared database and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoters' records are conclusive as to time of receipt. Late, misdirected, illegal, incomplete or illegible, are invalid. The Promoters are not responsible for such invalid entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure;
14. The Promoters reserve the right to vary the terms, and to modify, terminate or reschedule the promotion, and to substitute any of the prizes for a similar prize of the same value;
15. Neither Promoter is liable for any loss, damage or injury (including and without limitation any indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law;
