A second business owner has come forward after having missed out of this year's White Pages.
Shaun Minifie, of Kuripuni's The Computer Shop, said he was surprised to see his business was not included in the the 2012 Wairarapa White Pages, which came out last week.
It follows a storyin the Times-Age about photographer Pete Nikolaison whose business was also left out.
"Times are tough enough without suddenly being written off the map," said Mr Minifie. Asked why he had been excluded, Mr Minifie said: "Buggered if I know, because I can't get a straight answer out of them."
Mr Minifie bought the shop with his business partner a year ago, opening a new phone account with Vodafone, and had not changed any details since then.
"At least with Pete [Nikolaison] they can look him up on the internet, but ironically, people can't look us up because their computers are broken."
The Computer Shop will be shifting to a new location near KFC at the end of the month. It can be reached on 06 378 8770.
Meanwhile gremlins pushed their way into a news story we ran on Mr Nikolaison's business being omitted from the phone book. We let the public know his business was certainly up and running and on the phone but then we published a wrong phone number for his shop. The correct number is (06) 370 3222.
