When the All Blacks sneaked to a one-point victory over the French in the 2011 World Cup final, they got there with the help of a second-half penalty by replacement first-five Stephen Donald. Tomorrow night, The Kick movie premieres on New Zealand television. It tells the fairytale story of how Donald, initially ignored by the All Black selectors for the World Cup, soon became a critical member of the team, after injuries to Dan Carter, Colin Slade and, in the final itself, to Aaron Cruden.

The Kick features many members of the 2011 All Black squad - 14 of whom feature today in our graphic.
