Whangaparaoa P lab pair nabbed

A routine bail check by police officers north of Auckland yesterday resulted in the discovery of a clandestine P lab operation.

Detectives said they went to the Whangaparaoa house to talk to the occupants about a pending court appearance next week. They found four people making methamphetamine.

The four fled and after a brief pursuit a man and woman were arrested and will appear in North Shore District Court today.
