Police ask for help to find missing woman Anita Hart in Hutt Valley

Anita Hart has been missing since shortly before midday on November 12, 2025, in the Hutt Valley.

Police are asking for help to find 61-year-old Anita Hart, who has gone missing in the Hutt Valley.

Police and her family have serious concerns for her wellbeing, police said in a statement.

Hart was last seen on CCTV yesterday at 11.43 am on Gillespies Rd heading towards Akatarawa Rd, Upper Hutt. Her vehicle was also found on Gillespies Rd.

Police Search and Rescue volunteers will be visible in the area of Gillespies Rd and the Hutt River.

Hart was last seen wearing a blue beanie with a pompom, a blue jacket, and dark-coloured trousers.
