Wellington memorial service for quake victim

A memorial service will be held in Wellington tomorrow for one of the victim's of Christchurch's horrific earthquake.

Melissa Ann Neale, 41, known as "Mimi" was having lunch with her mother in Cashel Mall when the 6.3-magnitude quake struck on February 22.

Ms Neale, who was a twin, was identified from personal belongings, but her body was recovered last week and returned to her family.

Ms Neale was described as a conscientious worker who loved to travel and spent several years working on superyachts.

The memorial will be held at Old St Pauls in Mulgrave Street at 2pm.
