Two people were killed on the roads in separate incidents during the weekend.
A 22-year-old man died when an all terrain vehicle rolled on top of him in Hawke's Bay on Friday night.
Emergency services were called to the crash on Pohokura Rd, near Tutira, north of Napier, about 8.50pm.
The body of the man was found at the scene.
Eastern District police Senior Sergeant Clint Adamson said it appeared the vehicle had rolled as he entered his driveway.
