ARIES: (March 21 to April 20)
Light and airy interaction may be fun, but will ultimately prove unsatisfying. Mix with people who are stimulating and on your wavelength rather than engaging in idle gossip or wasting time on unproductive pastimes.

TAURUS: (April 21 to May 21)
You will probably be
attracted to people who are self-aware, independent and have a strong sense of right and wrong. A deep and meaningful discussion with someone could put you on the path to change this weekend.

GEMINI: (May 22 to June 21)
Put practical concerns aside this weekend and allow extra time for diversions or spontaneous events. Moon in your sign might make you more sensitive than usual, but it also teaches you how to please and amuse others.

CANCER: (June 22 to July 23)
There may be restrictions placed upon you, but you will happily trade-off some of your spare time for the good of everyone. The energy is both imaginative and intuitive, allowing you to think quickly and make shrewd decisions.

LEO: (July 24 to August 23)
You may be more detached than usual and will be inclined to see situations from a logical perspective. Spend some time alone and try to pinpoint people or aspects of life that are a source of frustration.

VIRGO: (August 24 to September 23)
This is a good time to take control of your life and show others that you are serious. If you are given a second chance at something, make the most of it and let results speak for themselves.

LIBRA: (September 24 to October 23)
After what seems like a long run of mediocrity or bad luck, life is on an upward trend. The challenge now is finding things to do that bring a bone-deep sense of satisfaction and help boost self-esteem.

SCORPIO: (October 24 to November 22)
You may view life with a mixture of hope and despair. This is due mainly to the contradictory energy, with some planets at a favourable aspect to your sign and others at odds. Mingle with upbeat people.

SAGITTARIUS: (November 23 to December 22)
With the passionate part of your personality underscored, you will identify strongly with people who follow their heart and take risks. You may strike up a relationship soon with someone whose looks or lifestyle is appealing.

CAPRICORN: (December 23 to January 20)
Your choices may be limited, but you are one of the zodiac's most resourceful signs and will make the most of every opportunity. You may lament the lack of support or encouragement occasionally, but will bravely persevere.

AQUARIUS: (January 21 to February 19)
With the planetary line-up favouring your sign more than most others, you can start putting down solid foundations for the future. There will be an element of luck on your side and your timing will be spot on.

PISCES: (February 20 to March 20)
A strong desire to do the right thing by others may actually undermine your mental, physical or emotional state. Try to avoid making too many sacrifices, especially for people who are unwilling to help themselves.

SATURDAY

YOUR DAY
The energy may be erratic and plans should be kept flexible. Even the most predictable people might be difficult to pin down and it will be almost impossible to predict the outcome of situations. Use your imagination when organising events or engaging in conversation, and think outside the square when trying to solve niggling problems.

YOUR BIRTHDAY
Your life direction in life may change as you follow up a new area of interest or accept an offer. Expect loved ones to go along with your plans and count on support from those who have been loyal in the past. Early 2006 sees you capitalising on a lucky break.

SUNDAY

YOUR DAY
An indefinable quality in the stars gives the impression people are detached but still tuned in. There may not be a great deal of depth to relationships today, yet interaction with others is likely to be satisfying and fun. A tendency to hang on to the past and refuse to move one could thwart progress.

YOUR BIRTHDAY
You may be restricted in one area of life, but things will flow smoothly in another. Make the best of what you have to work with in the year ahead and ignore the negative aspects. If you feel restless or unsatisfied, make minor adjustments rather than major changes.
