There will also be tastings of cold-pressed Palestinian Extra Virgin olive oil from Trade Aid producers Palestine Agricultural Relief Committees.
Mrs Lee said the day would spotlight fair trade supply chains and talented artisans and food producers around the world "who are improving their lives through trade".
Trade Aid has 31 shops nationwide and each shop will be celebrating World Fair Trade Day on Saturday.
