Marchers can just march in their hometown section if they choose with the main march estimated to reach Greytown at 10am, Carterton at 12.30pm and Masterton at 3.30pm.
Also on Saturday, Wairarapa Eco Farm is holding events at both its Masterton and Greytown locations.
Activities will run 10.30am-noon at Eco Farm Masterton, 38 Te Ore Ore/Bideford Rd, and 1pm-4pm in Greytown, 260 Moroa Rd, where there will be music, stalls and a picnic.
For keen cyclists a Cycle to Support Climate Protection event will be held from Eco Farm in Masterton. Cyclists will depart at 11.30am and ride to the Greytown Eco Farm venue.
Claire Bleakley, organiser of the cycle event, said it was to highlight alternative forms of transport.
The United Nations' Climate Change Conference is scheduled to take place in Paris next week with 140 world leaders.
