Police have confirmed that the death of a 44-year-old man in Waimate over the weekend is not suspicious.
Emergency services were called to a Belt Street address at 7.30pm on Saturday where the man was found deceased.
He was Michael James Parker of Waimate.
A post-mortem and scene examination were
completed yesterday and his death will now be referred to the Coroner.
