Waikato AOS hit Huntly house in drug raid

Waikato armed offenders squad carried out a drugs search warrant at a Harris St, Huntly, house this morning.

The Waikato armed offenders squad stormed a Huntly house early today to carry out a drug raid.

Waikato police Senior Sergeant Phil Ruddell said police executed a search warrant at a Harris St house, with help from AOS, at 4.50am today.

The search warrant was in relation to drugs.

The operation wrapped up about 7.30am.

Police were continuing to investigate.
