Victim of suspected homicide named

Police have named a 52-year-old man who died in a suspected homicide in Lower Hutt last night.
Michael James Mulholland was found unconscious by a friend in a driveway in Farmers Crescent, Taita at 10:15pm yesterday.
Friends and emergency services attempted CPR but he could not be revived.
Several houses
on Farmers Crescent display signs of Mongrel Mob affiliation and reports have linked Mr Mulholland to the gang.
Detective Inspector Darrin Thomson said an initial examination showed Mr Mulholland had suffered facial injuries.
