Unborn child dies after crash in Whangarei

Save The unborn child of a woman who was seriously injured in a car crash in Whangarei last night has died.
The pregnant woman and a teenage boy were rushed to hospital following a two car collision on Whangarei Heads Rd around 9.20pm.
Two other people were injured in the crash,
but their conditions were less serious and they were not taken to hospital, police said.
The teenage boy has now been flown to Auckland's Starship Hospital by helicopter.
The serious crash unit is investigating.
