Fire crews are attending a fire at a large pile of tyres at a rural site southeast of Auckland.
Two fire trucks and three water trucks are attending the blaze 15m by 10m wide and 2m high.
Fire Emergency New Zealand received a call to respond to the incident on
Tramline Rd at 12.40pm, a spokesman said.
The road connects to State Highway 27 and is 105km south of Auckland.
