Police are at a Christchurch home this evening following the death of a two-year-old child.
A police spokesperson said police were called to the home in Wainoni Rd, in the city's east, this evening.
They were supporting the family of the child and investigating the death of behalf of the
coroner.
They will remain at the property overnight and continue inquiries in the morning, the spokesperson said.
