Two suffer stab wounds in central Auckland assault

Police are investigating a stabbing incident at a central Auckland apartment early Saturday morning.
"Police were called at 3am to reports of an assault on Durham Street West," a police spokeswoman said.
"Two people received stab wounds, however injuries were minor."
The Herald understands one of those injured was a
teenage man who was stabbed multiple times with a pocket knife.
The police spokeswoman said inquiries are ongoing.
