KEY POINTS:
Two men have been arrested following an assault at Hillmorton Hospital in Christchurch last year.
It is alleged the men pushed Vernon Tuck, a patient at the psychiatric unit, off a patio. He suffered serious spinal injuries and is now a tetraplegic.
