Tua fights on in court

Boxer David Tua was in an arena of a different sort yesterday, swapping the boxing ring for a courtroom as his long-running dispute with former manager Kevin Barry headed back to court.

Tua and Mr Barry were both present for an arranged meeting at the High Court at Auckland. It was closed to the public and media and is expected to continue today.

The dispute revolves around the management of Tua's funds when Mr Barry was his manager and trainer.
