Try this unexpected journey

Dragons, wizards, labyrinths and magic feature in Astrid Nielsch's exhibition in Carterton, Fantastic Journeys.

The exhibition is showing at the Carterton Events Centre until January 13, 11am to 4pm daily.

Featherston artist Nielsch was inspired by fantasy and science fiction author Ursula Le Guin's Earthsea novels while on a summer holiday.

Nielsch is also a professional musician and sells artwork, music and CDs on her website, www.asni.net.
