The Ruatoki truck driver who crashed into the back of a school bus injuring dozens of children last year, will this morning be sentenced in the Whakatane District Court.
Joe Morehu's empty log truck crashed into the back of the school bus last September.
He'll be sentenced on charges ofcareless driving causing injury, on an unrelated drink driving charge and two charges relating to his logbook and the length of time he spent behind the wheel without a break.
