The trial of a well known New Zealand comedian accused of sexually abusing a young girl has been delayed until tomorrow.
The man, whose name is suppressed, has pleaded not guilty to unlawful sexual connection with a child under 12.
He appeared for trial in Auckland District Court this morning but the proceeding was postponed because the judge was ill.
The trial is expected to start before a different judge tomorrow.
