A trial date has been set for a 65-year-old accused of killing a toddler in Manurewa, Auckland, in 2015.
Kathleen Elizabeth Cooper appeared in the Auckland High Court this morning.
She had earlier pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder after a 2-year-old suffered serious head injuries and wasadmitted to Starship Hospital in December, 2015.
The toddler died two weeks later.
A three-week trial was set down for the end of July.
