Trade Me auctions: $3000 for an All Blacks jersey

Rugby fanatics are turning to Trade Me to get their hands on a piece of All Black history.

Among the memorabilia being sold on the online site is a cup and saucer signed by All Black captain Richie McCaw.

The auction, which is raising money for the Willow Park Primary School in Auckland, closes Sunday next week.

McCaw had signed the cup on the morning of the Bledisloe Cup Match earlier this year after going into an coffee shop owned by a mother of one of the school's pupils.

The cup and saucer has so far had thirty bids - the latest for $255.

Other items up for grabs are All Blacks jerseys, with one going for more than $260.

Yet another, this one framed and signed by the squad, is going for more than $3340 dollars with only four hours left on auction.

All proceeds from this auction will go towards the Child Cancer Foundation.

Also being sold is an All Black themed Monopoly game, a personalised license plate and even an All Blacks beer fridge.
