A bouncer accused of uploading a Queenstown bar's CCTV footage of England captain Mike Tindall to YouTube has had his hearing further delayed.
Jonathan Dixon, 40, of Fernhill, earlier this month denied one charge of accessing a computer system and dishonestly obtaining video surveillance footage in September, following the beginningof the "Tindallgate" scandal.
He appeared in Queenstown District Court today for a status hearing, where counsel Jono Ross requested an adjournment on basis of disclosure.
"I was only assigned to this matter as legal aid on Friday evening," Mr Ross said.
"I only met the client this morning. That being the case, there's nothing I could do to actually progress this."
Judge Kevin Phillips granted the adjournment, saying the hearing would be held next time "whether there's been disclosure or not".
Tindall was accused of cavorting with a mystery blonde at Altitude Bar in Queenstown on September 11.
Tindall has now reportedly confessed he and a former girlfriend visited another bar, Cowboys, later that evening after previously saying he returned to his hotel room.
Dixon will appear for a status hearing at 2.15pm, November 14.
