Three injured in crash that closed East Auckland roads

Three people have been injured and two roads are closed after a crash in East Auckland this evening.

Emergency services rushed to the scene on Sylvia Park Rd and Great South Rd at around 7.20pm.

Three people are in moderate condition, initial reports suggest.

Both roads have been closed while the scene is cleared, a police spokesperson said.

Police are asking motorists to avoid the area and take alternative routes.
