A 31-year-old male and 23-year-old female both face charges for receiving stolen property.
The man was to due to appear in court early in May while the woman would appear in court on Wednesday.
Police say further charges are likely.
Police said this week's haul demonstrated once again the Rebels and other gangs others like it,had shown their primary purpose was to profit through the illicit sale of drugs.
They said it caused significant harm to the Canterbury community and police were committed to the ongoing targeting of this type of criminal offending.
They would continue to work with the community to prevent the harm methamphetamine caused and stop the sale of drugs.
