Three airlifted after Waikato crash

Three people were airlifted to Waikato Hospital following a two-car crash in Kinleith last night.

A Fire Service spokesman said two women, 77 and 42, and a 7-year-old boy had to be freed from the wreckage of one car. The women and the 16-year-old driver of the other vehicle were airlifted to hospital. The teenager's passenger, also 16, was taken to Tokoroa Hospital.
