The technology it uses is remarkably like the old stonemill, slowly crushing and squeezing the fruit and vegetables (80rpm compared with most centrifugal equivalents, which rotate at between 2000 to 10,000 rpm), maximising juice extraction, even from leafy greens. Plus, with no heat being generated, all the good enzymes are kept alive and buzzing, and their health-giving qualities remain intact for us to ingest - yay!
