Save One person is in hospital in a serious condition after a crash in Hamilton early this morning.
The crash in central Hamilton has closed Tristram Street between Thackeray and Clarence Streets, police said.
The road closure was likely to be in place until mid-morning.
The passenger of the vehicle was
taken to Waikato Hospital in a serious condition, while the driver was assisting police with their inquiries.
