A teenager has been arrested in relation to an alleged robbery of a dairy in Stratford.
Police confirmed this morning that they arrested a 19-year-old not far from the Stratford dairy after being alerted to the incident on Friday night.
He has been charged with robbery and will appear in
the Hawera District Court on Tuesday.
The Regan St dairy's owner, Frank Wu, was behind the counter during the alleged robbery about 8pm.
He alleged the young man was holding a knife and wanted cigarettes.
