A teenager is in Whangarei Hospital with serious head injuries following a vehicle crash in Northland early this morning.
The 18-year-old was taken to hospital after the car he was driving collided with a truck on State Highway 14 near Maungatapere, 12km southwest of Whangarei, about 4.30am.
