A teenager jointly charged with murdering Wellington journalist Phil Cottrell has again been remanded on electronic bail.
Manuel Robinson, who recently turned 18, appeared in Wellington District Court this morning. He was remanded to reappear in late March for a plea evaluation hearing.
Robinson and Nicho Waipuka, 19, are chargedwith murdering the Radio New Zealand bulletins editor in central Wellington last December.
Mr Cottrell died in hospital on December 11, the day after he was beaten and robbed as he left work after an overnight shift.
Robinson's lawyer, Mike Antunovic, asked for an order prohibiting the taking or publishing of images of his client to be continued, saying there could be issues relating to identification. The judge granted the continuation.
