Save A man found dead on a rural Taupo road yesterday has been identified as 62-year-old Graham Orringe from Napier.
Mr Orringe was found lying on Maroa Rd by a member of the public about 8.45am.
His white Hyundai van was parked at the intersection with State Highway 1, a few
hundred metres away.
Police today said a post mortem had been completed, and they were not treating his death as suspicious.
The case had been referred to the coroner, police said
