Hamilton police are looking for a Swiss tourist who has been missing since Friday.
Raphael Santschi, 31, was last seen by companions on Friday morning in central Hamilton, Waikato District police communications manager Kris McGehan said.
Police would like to hear from Mr Santschi or anyone who mightbe travelling with him, she said.
Mr Santschi was described as 177cm tall, athletic with short hair and a small scar on his forehead.
He had been engaged in casual work in the Bay of Plenty and recently toured Mount Maunganui, Rotorua, Raglan and Hamilton.
Ms McGehan urged anyone who had seen Mr Santschi or heard from him recently to contact police.
