"We've started going through, taking photos of the cars in the carpark and their registration and we come back three hours later, the time limit for free parking, and then we will do what we have to do."
He has asked that carpark users be aware that as a result of overstaying the time limit, their car would be clamped.
"There's a big board diagram of where you can and can't park using colours to make it clearer. A three-hour limit is for the purple parks only.
"The limit is so it's fair to all parking there, as the carpark isn't there for all-day parking.
"The green parks are for all-day parking and hence are reserved only for those leasing them. Any parking at any time in a green park is a violation, resulting in clamping.
"When the people who have rented a space can't get their space because a member of the public has parked there all day, you can understand the frustration."
