Emergency services were called to a multiple vehicle crash on Horahora Rd at about 4.20pm.
Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash in South Waikato.
A police spokesperson said the incident was reported about 4.20pm on Tuesday
”on Horahora Rd, Piarere”.
A Fire and Emergency spokesperson said four fire trucks were dispatched from Putaruru and Tirau.
“Our initial call was received at 4.17pm,” the spokesperson said.
“We attended a motor vehicle crash. It appears multiple vehicles were involved.”
A Hato Hone St John spokesperson said an ambulance
transported two patients, one in a minor condition and one in a moderate condition, to Waikato Hospital.
Horohora Rd was closed around the crash site but has since reopened.
