Snowdon loses Radio NZ reinstatement bid

Former Radio New Zealand news head Lynne Snowdon has lost her bid to be reinstated pending a full hearing of her claim of unjustified dismissal.

Employment Court Judge Coral Shaw ruled that, though Ms Snowdon had an arguable case, the outcome of a substantive hearing - scheduled for November - could not be predicted with any certainty.
