Shots fired during Mt Wellington home robbery

Police are investigating a robbery at a Mt Wellington house where shots were fired.

The aggravated robbery occurred on Friday night on Camp Rd.

"A firearm was presented and shots were fired," a police spokeswoman said.

"No one was injured.

"Police believe this was a targeted incident and that it was drug-related."

She said while police are yet to locate the offenders and an scene examination is underway.

"Scene guards are at the address," she said.

"There are no ongoing concerns for nearby residents at this time."
