A serious crash involving a car and motorcycle is blocking multiple southbound lanes on the Southern Motorway tonight.
The crash happened near the Penrose Rd over-bridge just before 7pm.
"Early reports indicate one person has sustained injuries," police said.
"Two southbound lanes are expected to be closed for some time."
