TE KURA KAUPAPA MOTUHAKE O TAWHIUAU
SCHOOL VAN DRIVER VACANCY
We are seeking a friendly competent person who fits well into a Ngati Manawatanga Maori speaking and tikanga based kura to drive our school van run for the Galatea Run.
This is a part time job - 12 hours per week
Attributes & Skills required:
• Employed to do morning pick ups and afternoon drop offs.
• Full clean drivers licence and a clean police record.
• Enjoy working with children and have their safety and wellbeing at heart.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to children.
• Ability to use your initiative and a positive, cheerful attitude.
• A good knowledge of the local area.
• Punctual, honest, reliable & energetic.
• P Endorsement Licence an advantage.
• Minimum reo, mihi in Maori and correct pronunciation of Maori words.
