Safe-sex information site averages 1000 visitors a day

A new website offering safe-sex information and free condoms for gay and bisexual men averaged 1000 visitors a day in its first week online.

The site, menseekingmen.co.nz, was started last week by the Aids Foundation's gay men's health team.

Team co-ordinator Douglas Jenkin says that because rates of HIV among men who have sex with men in Auckland are now at record levels, the site is timely.
