One person has been taken to hospital in a serious condition after being hit by a car in Rotorua overnight.
At around 3.50am, police were called to Brookland Rd at Western Heights, Rotorua, following reports of a vehicle colliding with a person.
“One person was transported to hospital with
serious injuries,” police said.
Hato Hone St John responded to the scene with one ambulance and one rapid response unit.
“Our crew assessed and treated one patient who was transported to Rotorua Hospital in a serious condition.”
