Road toll grows with Shannon crash

Emergency services are attending a two car crash on the Foxton Shannon Road, where one person has died at the scene.
The road has not been closed, but police advise that care is needed around the accident scene, opposite the marae at Shannon.
Five have died so
far during the official holiday road toll period, which finishes at 6am on January 3.
