Reuben Banks accused of sticking up Templeton dairy

Save An alleged teenage armed dairy robber arrested this morning in Christchurch after a police raid has been remanded in custody.
Reuben Banks, 18, was arrested this morning after armed police swooped on several city homes.
He is accused of acting with two others in holding up Kirk Road Dairy in
Templeton on Monday, armed with a pistol and a metal bar.
Given that guns were allegedly involved, the Armed Offenders Squad were used in the search warrants today.
Banks, of Linwood, appeared at Christchurch District Court this afternoon.
