Pukaha Mount Bruce has been awarded a Trip Advisor 2014 Certificate of Excellence.
The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor (www.tripadvisor.com)
Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence are all over the world and represent the upper echelon of businesseslisted on the website.
Businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor "bubble rating" of at least four out of five and have a volume and recency of reviews. Additional criteria include a business' tenure and popularity ranking on the site.
"Being awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is a true source of pride for the entire team at Pukaha Mount Bruce as there is no greater seal of approval than rave reviews from your visitors," said general manager Helen Tickner.
"We have been working really hard over the past 11 months to improve our customer service and visitor experience and these reviews show that our visitors are really enjoying their time with us and want to share their experiences with others".
